Start Smart: Mobility

In this part of Start Smart in Exercising WELL, you build on your foundations to reduce what limits freedom of movement; stiffness in your body and fear of falling. By building ease of movement, you prepare your body for other types of exercise while you continue to practice your foundations of movement and motivation.

Before you start on the mobility, look at your core Why and your Real Life Results. As you read this section, make note of the information that most closely relates to what is most important to you about Exercising WELL. Use your core Why to personalize what you do to build self-motivation for doing mobility exercises.
